Débarbouille - 2022 - Antoine Delaunay
Delaunay Vignerons
"Débarbouille," meaning "freshens up," because it refreshes and cleanses the palate, as Antoine says! A fresh little bubble, with a floral opening, followed by beautiful notes of white and yellow fruits. An invigorating brut nature with just the right amount of acidity.

A blend of half Melon de Bourgogne and half Colombard, from organic, hand-harvested vines. Vinification: light maceration for a week on the Colombard, direct pressing for the Melon, blending of the juices, start of fermentation in vats and tirage at the end of fermentation, with residual sugars to create effervescence in the bottle. A year and a half of ageing on laths before disgorging in May 2024. A natural sparkling wine without any dosage.
